SOTC for Holidays

SOTC is the worst. Even startups are way better. They charged 25% for a cancelled booking and provided a credit note instead of a refund. Even when the reason for the cancellation was: COVID-19 PENDAMIC. Their credit note is a trap that makes everything costlier for you. The amount is blocked, and booking anything with them in the future will cost you at least 20% more than the market price.

Very disappointed with the services received from SOTC. I am repeatedly requesting for issuance of LTC certificate, (the same was commitment by SOTC in written), despite of lapsed of more than 2 weeks, I have not still received the LTC certificate. I have written several email to entire team comprises of Hardeep (team leader), Abhinav Sisodiya, however, they are not responding positively to my request. Ever since I have paid entire amount towards the package tour, the team have stopped responding, and I were required to make several attempts to reach them to know the the contact persons during the tour. Very very poor service.

The arrangement made by SOTC during our visit to Thailand was fantastic and convenient in all way .The coordination among the travel excutive at different points during travel was made the travel more streamlined and easy going .Team SOTC keep it up and all very best for your future endeavours.

SOTC guide Mr Zubin was very helpful at Switzerland. He guided in each and every matter.He is an asset for your company. Similarly in India Mr.Raj who made all help in booking the trip. I wish both all the best.

We went to Mauritius, Holiday package was good but the hotel didn't provide us with good food. Quality wasn't the issue, taste was. It was very bad; we are vegetarian so we needed veg food but the options were very limited and taste was straight bad......we were very frustrated about it and couldn't eat properly for the whole trip. I think you should plan ahead of time for the vegetarian customers, so that they can have better meal options. We felt like we over payed for what we got. Rest everything was fine, the price of the whole package could be a little cheaper.

I travelled to Leh Ladakh with family for a week tour It was great experience, although I used SOTC for the first time We had a problem in between in Leh due to bad weather and hotel issues, nicely managed and Co ordinated by team of sotc Thanks all team members

I want to personally thank Mr Rohit Sharma for unforgettable Trip. Their knowledge of tour management . made our trip truly special.The logistics were flawless,and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Great trip to Switzerland 🇨🇭 and Italy by SOTC. The Indore office team Priyesh and Rajkumar were very helpful and accomodative and the trip went off very well as planned. The Tour Manager Custodio Fernandes was very good. Overall a great trip. We avoided Air Arabia and instead took Qatar Airways by paying extra fare thru SOTC, which in hindsight, turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Overall trip was a very memorable one for our family. We have gone thru SOTC multiple times and we are regular customers and would continue to remain so. Cheers !!!
