Absolutely poor response and poorly planned travel. ...had to catch flights at odd hours only to wait for hours at the hotels for check in. The agency has scrounged every bit at our expense, getting the worst hotel accommodation and food at the restaunts. A very unprofessional and unscrupulous agency indeed.

Jose Travels, Indore is a very nice and excellent place in getting the paperwork regarding VISA for different countries completed. The people here are very courteous and prompt in reminding for various documents completed.

Worst service ever. Last minute bus cancelled and my job interview was lost. It happened thrice to me. Please don’t book your ticket in this travel agency.

Really good travel agents in Indore. The staff is supportive and friendly. Services provided are also good. I got my passport made from them a few years back and they were really helpful. They take care of all the work for you and in case one needs any additional clarification or help one can reach out to them any time and they'll respond.

Very poor service.They never pick up calls or reply to emails.Please do not contact them for any visa related services- especially Canadian visa. They have no clue of how things are done. I had approached them for my mother's visitor visa application. They made so many mistakes in basic things like spelling of sponsor's name, address etc. Of course the visa got rejected. They did not even reimburse the travel insurance money after visa refusal. And are now making excuses that it was spent in some "embassy fees" They are frauds- please be careful
