I recently booked a trip to Omkareshwar with Bhatia Tour & Travels Indore, and I must say it was an incredible experience! Mohit Bhatia is a gentleman and always ready to answer your questions. We first booked 12 seater vehicle for 12 adults and 4 kids. Later he told us to take 16 seater vehicle with same price and we agreed to him on mobile. When i meet him, he upgraded the bus from 16 to 20 seater again with same price for our comfortable journey. Our driver Karan was knowledgeable and friendly, making the journey even more enjoyable. The company's attention to customer satisfaction is impressive, and I appreciated their prompt responses to all my queries. We used a TT for group of ladies to visit Ujjain, Mahakaal, Maheshwari. & Indore. After a minute of enquiry with Just dial for taxi numbers, the first calls is recd, politely explaining availability of Innova, & suggesting use of TT for the group to be together. Vehicle was in excellent condition. Driver was extremely soft & courteous. Prompt and accommodating for all the 4 days, though were delayed at nights every day, guiding for a good restaurant, other info, etc., I feel compelled to share our experience, for the benefit of future service users, since it is seen though happy, does not want to share their good/ bad experiences. I have to go on religious trip and on the very short notice when I have called for the booking and tell the tour operator about the significance of this trip for my mother. He immediately arranged the traveller for my family trip.(even though it was holiday times and all the tour operators denied the vehicle availability) And what a fantastic service and excellent maintained vehicle. The seats were so comfortable that even my grandparents were also astonished. First trip in my life in which we are not felt tired even after such a long journey. All thanks to Bhatia tour and travels. Highly recommended to all for all your travel needs.

Outstanding experience for our journey to Prayagraj. We all were senior citizen. Very comfortable seats of Maharaja vehicle. Driver is very cool and friendly.

Tour was good. Travel time covers the whole place. Very little time for site seeing. Hotels booked in places like Mandala and Barwani was not up to the mark. In fact those two stoppages could have been avoided and more time should have been kept in other places like Amarkantak, Panchmarhi, Onkareswar & Maheswar and Ujjain could have been added. Driver is an excellent boy and gave good service. Thanks

We have completed our Mhahkumbh trip with Bhatia tour and travel agency. Vehicle Urbeniya is luxury and comfortable. It was maintained ,neat and clen .Behaviour of Driver is very good. He was very patient and calm even in jam conditions.It made our journey safe and memorable.I highly recommend this for family tour and I will definitely use it for future tours.I will give 10/10
