Bus staff behaviour is good and bus operators opret very nice 👍 …
Very bad service. They are taking passengers from everywhere. Drunked passengers in passage area of sleeper bus. Not safe and poor quality service for family.
When I booked Ticket in punjab travels I was given seat in other travels bus.the bus condition is not good and driving is very bad,I was fondle in the air 1.5 ft when bump comes.so much disappointed.

Third class service... Bus cancelled from indore to Ahmedabad on 8:30 pm and not informed... and then we are waiting from 8 o'clock to 10 but not getting any response from their....
Bus service is good but charging facility is poor as they gives few hours charging facility in Night abt 11pm to 5pm
Nice Management .. Need to improve at field staff level intercommunication skill.. overall bus cleanliness is good.. driving is good..
Zero Star if possible as the worst customer service. I hve called atleast 20times but no response from them. Even though call waiting they haven't responded back. Please never ever choose this traveller as it would u a lot
