I recently went on a trip to Nepal through this travelo company, and it was an incredible experience. The trip was well-structured and meticulously planned. The cars provided were comfortable and in excellent condition. We stayed in luxury resorts that exceeded my expectations. The drivers were not only skilled but also extremely polite and professional. The travel agents were fantastic, always ready to assist and ensure everything went smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend this travelo company for anyone planning a trip to Nepal. My experience with Travelo during my Vietnam trip was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their services. The biggest issue occurred with our tickets for the Symphony of the Sea show. We had booked our tickets well in advance through Travelo. However, when we arrived at the entrance, we were informed that our tickets had already been scanned and were therefore invalid. We immediately contacted the team, but instead of resolving the issue promptly, they initially sent us another set of tickets that also failed to work. We were left waiting outside the venue for nearly 30 minutes before they finally provided us with fresh, valid tickets. Although we were eventually allowed to enter, we missed part of the experience and the entire situation caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. The representatives, especially Kumkum and Neha, were unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic customer service etiquette. As international travelers in a foreign country, we expected timely assistance and courteous communication. Instead, our calls often went unanswered, and whenever they did respond, the interaction was far from helpful or empathetic. Another unpleasant experience was on the day of our departure. We had booked a private airport transfer through Travelo. Our hotel was only about 15 minutes from the airport, and we were having breakfast before leaving. Despite this, the team continuously messaged and pressured us to come down immediately. Since we had booked a private transfer and were well aware of our schedule, there was no reason for such unnecessary urgency or rude communication. Overall, while travel plans can sometimes encounter unforeseen issues, what truly matters is how a company handles them. Unfortunately, Travelo failed on both counts poor ticket management and poor customer service. I expected professionalism, prompt assistance, and respectful communication, but my experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend Travelo based on my experience.

Our Dubai holiday with Travelo was an excellent experience. The arrangements were professional, the hotel was comfortable, and all transfers and activities were managed very smoothly.
