What an amazing agency, Mr Vinod was very professional and accommodating in all respects . Out flight arrived almost 45 minutes early and he not only arranged a driver to pick us up earlier to drive us to Ujjain but also ensured that we were able to get food in a neat and clean place . He was available at all times if we had questions and we had a lot of them. The other thing that impressed us was his drivers who were as helpful and accommodating as he was in terms of ,not pushing us to go to certain places but giving us the options and letting us make up our minds Babloo and Satish were our two drivers who knew the details and the roads and were very very good drivers as well. All in all a trip made worthwhile since all logistics were taken care of so well.

Scam : Cheating Customers With False Promises This taxi service is a complete cheat and a waste of money. They make you to book so-called “new vehicles” based on model year and low kilometers, but what you actually get is a crap, badly maintained, old vehicle - that doesn’t match the promise at all. When I raised a complaint while on trip and asked for help, instead of resolving the issue, I was threatened — either cancel the trip and pay a heavy amount or continue the journey in the same poorly maintained and uncomfortable vehicle. When I asked for clarification or a better vehicle, the response was extremely rude, I was given threat that “now I will show how you have a good trip in Indore”. That single line tells you everything about their attitude towards customers. In simple terms, this is a scam. Important advice to future customers: ❗ Don’t get fooled by the high ratings. Always read the lowest rating reviews to see the real truth. ❗ I really wish I had read them before booking my taxi with this agency. Final warning: ❌ Do NOT book with this travel agency. ❌ They don’t value customers or their money. ✅ Choose any other traveller — it will save you time, money, and mental peace. It is my personal experience with this agency. Not a competitor review as he claims on every bad review. Instead, I have feeling that all his positive reviews are paid one. Worst experience. Highly disappointed.

We booked this cab service for our Indore, Ujjain, Omkareshwar, and Maheshwar trip, and our overall experience was excellent. Although I had prepared my own itinerary, from the very first day in Indore, we realized that our driver, Mr. Rajesh, had great local knowledge about the best places to visit and the ideal timings to avoid crowds. He was very helpful and professional. He even accompanied us part of the way to the temple after dropping us nearby, just to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t face any confusion. They covered all the sightseeing places without skipping anything and also gave us enough time for rest and shopping, which made the trip very relaxed and enjoyable.
