मैं परिवार सहित दक्षिण भारत की यात्रा पर गया था l मेरे ट्रैवल एजेंट ट्रैवल गाइड के संचालक ऋषि जी ने रामेश्वरम में ठहरने की बहुत अच्छी व्यवस्था की थी इसी तरह मदुरई में भी अच्छी व्यवस्था रही। यात्रा के दौरान ट्रैवल एजेंट का सहयोग लेना मेरे लिए काफी फायदेमंद रहा मेरा मानना है कि यदि आप लंबी यात्रा पर जा रहे हैं तो ट्रैवल एजेंट का सहयोग लेना बहुत जरूरी है दरअसल मेरे साथ दो ऐसी घटनाएं हुई जहां मैं फस गया था और यदि ट्रैवल एजेंट ना होता है तो मैं परेशानी में भी पढ़ सकता था, मैं एयरपोर्ट से मदुरई आते-आते मेरी कर का एसी बंद हो गया। ड्राइवर ने शिकायत नहीं सुना तो मैंने अपने एजेंट से बात की मेरे ट्रैवल एजेंट ऋषि जी ने तुरंत आधे घंटे के अंदर दूसरी कार की व्यवस्था करवा दिए इसी तरह मैं जब एयरपोर्ट पर था मेरी फ्लाइट का समय हो चुका था मेरे लिए लगातार अनाउंसमेंट हो रहा और मैं भोजन करने में व्यस्त था। मेरे ट्रैवल एजेंट मुझ पर लगातार नजर रखे हुए थे उन्हें जैसे ही पता चला कि फ्लाइट पर मैं नहीं पहुंचा हूं उन्होंने तुरंत मुझे मैसेज किया लगातार कई कॉल किया यानी उन्होंने अपना फर्ज पूरी तरह निभाया ।
