The trip was great. The stays and the food were really good across the duration of the trip. The arrangements and facilities were the best of what could have been arranged. The itinerary was well planned. The operator, Mohit, didn't rush us from any spot, stopped at the best restaurants along the road and managed every thing very well. We had a great time and will highly recommend a trip with the company.

I booked a Spiti Valley trip with Licence 2 Roam, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing due to poor management and unfulfilled promises. Before booking, we were assured that hotel rooms would be pre-booked and shared among only 3 people. However, at multiple locations, 4 people were made to share a room, which was uncomfortable and not what was promised. The return bus ticket arrangements were also completely mismanaged, causing unnecessary stress at the end of the trip. Bus was very uncomfortable Additionally, we were promised rooms to freshen up before departure, but this facility was not provided. The destination itself was amazing, but the overall trip management and coordination by the organizers did not meet expectations. I hope they improve their planning and deliver what they promise to future travelers.
