Worst travel company ever. Zero professionalism. They overpromised everything and delivered nothing. Hotels were pathetic, itinerary was a joke, and coordination was completely missing. Once payment was done, they stopped caring. Guides were clueless, timelines never followed, and basic safety was ignored. This trip was a total waste of money, time, and trust. I strongly recommend never booking with this company.
