Overall experience is good but in kedarnath very pathetic experience which hotels you are provided it's not a hotel it's a slum area like. In Haridwar also we are suffered in hotels you are provided. After so many discussions you changed our hotels after taking so much follow up. Overall we are not satisfied most importantly everywhere we are getting same cheap food that is Thali after taking following you changed our food but not getting the expected food quality. Most importantly our stay arrangements is so fas from our visiting temples. Our lot of time spend in travelling as per your hotel allocation.

I recently traveled solo with this company they are on of the worst service provider. I have never expressed low quality service and response from any agency. Totally money wasted. They will completely ruin your trip.

I have booked a solo dual sharing tour with them via Mr Yashraj . He told Mr Anil to liason with me. I gave them advance of Rs 5000/ On 11/6/25 night after confirming from Mr Anil. On next day Mr Anil tells that someone who previously cancelled the tour or delayed whatever has joined again hence my seat is not confirmed but he will arrange it via byko jouneys. Then in evening tells me that it won't be possible. By the I booked bus ticket to Delhi. I humbly told him it's fine plz refund my money. He told ok we will. Now from 12/6/25 evening I am messaging and calling him . He was not responding properly. First he told that in evening office was closed , it will be done in morning. Then in morning he again told that the refund is being processed and I'll soon be getting it. Finally I called on number on which I have Paytm the amount. The guy was yashraj . He told that refund will be processed in 48 hours. After my lot of request told that it will be done on evening by 6. At 6.30 I again started calling and calling , no response. He infact switched off his phone. Then finally after 11/2 hr the refund came by deducting Rs 100. I asked him why it has been deducted. He told that the payment made by me of rs 5000 was received in his current account as rs 4900/. I told him to share screenshot. As I told him he called and spoke just absolutely rubhish and disconnected the call. I am sharing the screenshot what he wrote and what I wrote. Plz be aware. These are all intermediaries . Plz don't give them advance unless you have them in writing on their letter head about their refund when they cancel or amend.

The trip was great and not a single complaint. All that happened just because of great trip captain Mohit bhai, also mentioning good and supportive drivers. Mohit never disappointed and always supported the thrill.

Nice cooperation and coordination. Well managed. Great experience. Thanks to the coordinator Yashraj bhai.License2roam motto from strangers to family is truely proved during the trip. May God bless license 2roam with endless trips.👌🤝💫✌🙏🙏🙏 …
