Skechers - C 21 Mall, Indore

This store is the worst of all, not good at customer care services, humiliating staff, disrespectful manager, really not satisfied after visiting the store.

Staff is not friendly here in this mall outlet. They don't listen to customer queries. Better go for other outlet which is around half km away from C21. There is also one in treasure Island Mall which has large collection and staff is polite.

Bought so called high quality shoes n those got torn off in few months, Company denied to look into, not responding n store talks to reach customer care only. I would say - Stay away from this hyped brand.

No cooperation by the staff, no maintenance and rude behavior of staff

Skechers socks are good I have used 2 of them, both are good and last for a long time. It is quite comfortable to use I did not like the behavior of the staff here, so I am giving it 3 stars.

Ek number ka gatiya saff hai mujhse bolte hai ki paheli bar aye hk kya pahli bar zute dekhe hai uske bad pura satt khada hua hai or uper se bolte hai ki mery nokri to kal hi laga hu mujhe nhi ata bat karna mood achha tha warna uska hi zuta usko wahi mar kr ata ek number ki ghatiya company hai or ghatiya or ek number ke namune saff jisko ye tak nhi pata ki bat kese karte hai usko hire kr le rakha hai uper se maneger ka number tak nhi dete Skechers isse jada bekar kuch nhi ho shakta

Worst experience ever. Staff ne badtameezi se baat ki aur bola "Pehli baar jute dekh rahe ho kya?" — completely disrespectful. Bina permission shoes haath se le liye aur attitude bilkul ghatiya tha. Aise staff ke saath shopping karna waste of time hai. Not recommended at all.

Aaj Skechers store par mera experience bilkul hi ghatiya raha. Aisa worst behavior maine kisi bhi branded store me kabhi nahi dekha. Staff ne mujhse badtameezi se baat karte hue kaha "Pehli baar jute dekh rahe ho kya?" — kya ye tarika hota hai customer se baat karne ka? Iske baad bina permission ke mere haath se shoes chheen liye aur bola "Kharab ho jayenge". Ye attitude bilkul unacceptable hai. Jab maine is baat ka jawab diya, to usne casually bol diya ki "Main to kal hi job par laga hoon" — agar aapke staff ko basic manners aur training hi nahi hai, to aise logon ko customer ke saamne kyun rakha gaya hai? Aise staff ki wajah se brand ki image kharab hoti hai. Management ko turant action lena chahiye. Main dobara kabhi is store par nahi aunga aur kisi ko bhi recommend nahi karunga.
