Redtape has moved from leather shoes/sleepers to to sports shoes , which is a major Disappointment with the leather shoe lovers coz it was a affordable brand , though their sports shoes and clogs are of good quality and pricing is also good

Red Tape(vijay Nagar) ka yeh mera pehla aur sabse ganda experience tha 😡. Same size main others brand me bilkul comfortable hota hoon, par Red Tape ka shoe pehenke 1 ghante me hi pair dard se toot gaya 🤦‍♂️. Comfort zero! Lekin sabse bura unke store staff ka ganda behaviour tha 🙄. 8th day par exchange ke liye gaya toh seedha mana kar diya. Phir jab zor dala toh shoes le liye aur “update karenge” bolkar pure hafte gayab ho gaye 📞❌. Aakhir me khud call karu toh bolte hain “7 days policy” 😤. Aise unprofessional log maine kabhi nahi dekhe. Sach me, Red Tape se kharidna matlab paisa, time aur mood — sabka satyanash 💸⏳💔. Product bekaar, service aur bhi bekaar, staff ka attitude sabse zyada bekaar 👎. warning: Is store se door raho 🚫. Yaha se shopping karke sirf pachtaoge 😑.

My red tape shoe sole had come out. When I went to shop for its repair then behaviour of shop employees was not friendly. They took 7 days to repair and also charged me for the pasting. I didn’t not had good experience while giving the shoe but during collection they behaved slightly maturely. Overall not a good experience with red tape shoes and after sale service
