Bahut ki kharab quality wala material rakhte h 1 month me complaint aane lag jati h or shop owner ko behaviour sudharne ki bhi jarurat h

I had a very disappointing experience with King Shoes. I purchased my first pair on 21-08-2025, but within one month, the shoes got damaged. After repeated follow-ups, they replaced them. In September 2025, I again purchased Lee Cooper shoes worth ₹2500 from the same shop. Unfortunately, on 8th November, the shoes again got damaged with the same issue. When I called the shop owner, he assured me that they would replace the shoes. However, when I visited the shop, they refused and asked me to use them more. Even after 15 days, when the condition worsened, they still did not agree to replace them. After multiple visits, they finally kept the shoes, but since then there has been no response — no calls, no updates. Despite several follow-ups and visits, my issue remains unresolved. The shoe quality is very poor and customer service is extremely disappointing. I strongly advise everyone not to purchase from this shop. If you still buy, make sure to take return/replacement confirmation in writing.🙏

I had a very disappointing experience at King Shooz. I initially asked for a size 9,and they gave me a pair of size 8. After reaching home and trying them properly, I realized the fit wasn't right, so I went back and requested a size 9. They made me wait for almost an hour, saying they were checking their storage due to a stock shortage. When they finally brought another pair, they claimed it was size 9. However, I later discovered they had actually given me another size 8 and had removed the insole, which made it difficult to notice that the shoe size hadn't changed. This felt misleading and dishonest. I expected better customer service and transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this store. Please double-check the shoe size yourself before leaving the store.

King Shoes ki quality bilkul satisfactory nahi hai. Shoes bahut jaldi kharab ho jaate hain aur material bhi low quality ka lagta hai. Is price se bhi kam range me roadside ya local market se isse kaafi better options mil sakte hain. Customer service bhi expected level par nahi hai. Overall experience disappointing raha, recommend nahi karunga.”
