Bata Shoe Store - Snehnagar, Indore

Very wonderful service by sahil brother

The store as to closed by 9 pm as per online information but when I reached by 8:40 pm they refused to show the products & to make any kind of purchase & when I requested either they should update online timings or make me purchase my product. There staff member Mr. Rajesh singh miss behaved us. This is not really expected from renowned store like BATA.

Although bata is my favorite brand so i also live the showroom as well And the best thing is the new bata footwear collection .

Nice Servive and very humble Mr. RAHUL

BEWARE!! Do not make offline purchase on these Bata stores. You will regret when you seek replacement or refund. We visited this store for replacement of manufacturing defect of an item purchased offline from another store (Ranjit Hanuman road). But we didn't like the available items for replacement. So they suggested to visit this branch(Sapna Sangeeta road). We were told that the replacement can be done from any store in India. Here they simply denied the replacement and didn't even care to explain what we can do in this situation. Plus shop owner/representative "we don't care and go make a complaint wherever you want" attitude is shocking. Look like they were not wiling to do a replacement claim from their shop. We were left wondering what to do? Bata's policies is not clear and we as a customer have to suffer. Very bad experience overall. In era of e-commerce and smooth replacement/refund. These Bata shops are still living in older era. Not even willing to provide replacement forget about refund. Not recommended!

Very good service

"The Bata showroom at Sapna Sangeeta on Main Road boasts a prominent sign advertising 'Upto 70% Discount'. But, to one's surprise, the reality inside the store is vastly different. Only a few select items on a small table are available at discounted prices, while the rest of the products are sold at their original MRP, leaving customers feeling misled."
