Good service & behaviour is also .
Good service by staff in recommending and showing the products
Deepika was extremely warm, gentle and quick in catching the eyes of the customer... atleast I can say that because my daughter and wife went there shopping for their footwear. According to them she didn't wasted time time in showing the various products but focused only on their preferences. I should say that Mochi has won their hearts because of their staff behaviour and collection.
Good experience.Girl is very prompt and having good sales skills.
It is appalling to see that a brand of such repute loses integrity in such a great manner. The behaviour of the staff is getting worse by age. False promises while selling shoes at full price. And then making sure that the customer is tortured by words and actions. Well done!! I'm forced to shift my loyalty to another brand. Thank you for the last ten years though.
Such a pathetic experience the staffs are completely uninterested. I had asked to show and help me with formal shoe, said you can check the shelves and went away. To try one shoe m, 3 people switched. Because all staff were including manager was behind one customer. I would never suggest to visit this place.
Good experience Deepika was very cordial the designs n quality is excellent
