Very bad customer service .under warranty shoes they ask for money. I have buy couple of shoes from them and all got damaged, even my friend got the same experience, very very bad service after buying things . Zero rating

Pathetic experience with this shop, owner and his staff behaviour is very rude , given my shoes for repair and now they are asking for money to return back my shoe, which I have already buyed 6 months back. Beware of fraud people and shop.

Shop owner upon reporting a bad quality shoe, started arguing in a non-sense way...its an year warranty on shoes when he sold the shoe....now asking for 450 rupees for repairing of this shoe. Won't recommend to buy anything from this shop. 0 or say negative ratings from me.

Pathetic service. They don't even care if you are seating in their shop. They don't ask what to show. Basically don't waste your time here. Wors shoes shop I have ever seen.

Very disappointing experience. The quality of shoes is poor and not worth the price. The staff is unprofessional and not helpful at all. They don’t care about customer satisfaction, and the designs look better in pictures than in reality. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone — there are far better options nearby.

The employee so called owner lacks basic customer service manners and shows no willingness to engage with customers. He was very rude and mannerless during communication. Instead of assisting or displaying items for sale, they were spending time on their phone, sitting idle and made remarks like : 1. I’m saving energy for evening customers , as I am sure that you will not purchase it. 2. Person who comes for Yewale Tea generally not purchase and hence we don't have time to cater them. 3. All size are displayed, I don't have time to assist, you can see and take if you want. And all..... This reflects poor attitude, lack of professionalism, and disinterest in sales. Immediate training or disciplinary action is recommended to ensure better customer handling if he is employee and not owner. If he himself is owner , then may god save him and his business.
