Bata Shoe Store - Rajwada, Indore

Very lame attitude by store person and sales boys. The person on 1st floor was on a phone call roaming around the floor. The cash counter lad was thinking himself to be a family member of either of the royal/elite family. In whole showroom there were only 3 sales persons. Don't know for what the hell bata-India is running a store with such useless and stubborn people. And if Bata-In wants to run such a store than the company should train their employees with regards to the PR.

Terrible experience at the Bata showroom. The guy at the counter was full of attitude and downright rude for no reason. No product returns, only exchanges, and they didn’t even bother giving a proper cash memo. Moreover shoe polishes were either expired or close to expiry. Honestly, it’s ridiculous that a brand like Bata offers such pathetic service.

Bata product is good and best

Good staff and good footwear

Quality products with durability but with less variety and higher prices. Parking is the greatest problem. Don't visit the store with your own vehicle. Few two wheelers can be parked outside and most of the times, it is already occupied.
