Best service and behaviour of Mr. Zahir. He is very cooperative men

I had a great experience at the Metro store, largely because of the exceptional support from Zakir. There was some confusion around pricing, and I was quite disappointed initially, but Zakir handled the situation with a lot of patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. He took full ownership of the issue, followed up proactively, and ensured that it was resolved in a fair and satisfactory manner. What really stood out was his calm attitude, clear communication, and customer-first approach throughout the process. It’s rare to see someone go the extra mile to make sure a customer leaves happy, and Zakir truly did that. Because of him, my trust in the brand has strengthened. Kudos to the management for having such dedicated staff.

Very polite and cooperative staff. Nice collection like always.

Nice ambience, nice collection and good service with staff having good product knowledge & fast check-outs. This is a one stop solution for male-female-kids shoes needs. Must visit.

Very kind people at the store. Found really good stuff during the sale. Recommend this place if you want to bug footwear and bags
