It was a great experience on shopping with mochi store.. The staff there are also very helping and shows us the best products they have according to our need.

Five stars for these fantastic shoes. They don't just look great; they actually command respect. I’ve had so many people come up to encourage me and ask where I got them. Truly a great purchase!

Extremely disappointing and insulting experience at Mochi store. The staff was clearly judgmental and treated me poorly just because I arrived on a bike. They were unwilling to show the collection properly and showed zero interest in assisting. This kind of biased and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. A brand like Mochi should seriously rethink its customer service standards.

The quality of the footwear is very nice. I love the comfort and fitting of it. The store provides Good service and helpful staff
