This has been one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I paid ₹3,990 for these slippers expecting premium quality, but they fell apart within just 2 days of normal use. A product at this price should last months or years—not two days. The quality is absolutely unacceptable and completely inconsistent with what was promised. This product appears to be defective and unfit for its intended purpose. Selling such poor-quality products at a premium price is misleading and unfair to customers. I have clear photographs showing the condition of the slippers after only two days of use, and I am prepared to share them as evidence. I expect an immediate full refund without any unnecessary delays or excuses. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a formal complaint with the consumer authorities, pursue all remedies available under consumer protection laws, and continue to share my experience publicly so that other customers are aware of the poor product quality and lack of accountability. I expect a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
