Using the Blowhot chimney last 6 months it's working good with good suction,
I strongly regret buying a chimney from Blowhot. My chimney has been non-functional for the past four months, and despite repeated attempts to get help, there has been no proper customer support or resolution. The service has been extremely poor, and the manager was very rude and even used abusive language while speaking to me. This is completely unacceptable from a company that expects customers to trust and buy its products. I would strongly advise people to think twice before purchasing from Blowhot. I regret my purchase and would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Other local/ indian brand are much better than highend chimney from blowhot.
After sales service was very poor. Don't go with this company products. Very very poor.
