Extremely disappointed with Blowhot Gas Stove service! I’ve been facing a serious issue with my Blowhot gas stove — the auto ignition stopped working completely. I logged a complaint over 2 months ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no solution or technician visit. The customer care team keeps making false promises and saying “we will resolve it soon,” but nothing actually happens. For a brand that claims to provide reliable service, this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. If this is the kind of after-sales support Blowhot provides, I would strongly advise others not to buy their products. Poor quality and zero response after sale — a total waste of money and time!

Very bad experience with Blowhot 3-burner gas stove. One knob is not working properly since purchase. I have written more than 10 emails and made several calls to customer care, but they either don’t respond or ignore completely. Only once did I get a call back, but the behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Their email response just says "technical team will visit shortly" – no contact details provided, and even after 25 days, no technician has contacted me. This is extremely disappointing service. I would not recommend Blowhot products to anyone. Poor quality and even worse customer support.

If I could, I would rate it 0! Bought a chimney and stove from them 15 days ago in Jaipur. There are some issues with the stove, making it risky for the one who is cooking (normally my mom). We have complained about it a couple of times and have been requesting them to fix the issues, but all we have been receiving are false commitments and promises that their service and maintenance staff will come and take care of the same. We have been making nearly 5-10 calls a day, because obviously, who would want to risk their own lives, but the firm seems to hardly care about it! I would personally suggest to not buy from here!

Bad product and even worse customer service. Bought a gas stove, but one burner always makes a loud/noisy sound. It’s been over 3 months since I complained — no technician has come, no complaint ID, no update at all. I strongly suggest not buying their products. Service matters a lot, and they have completely failed.

Very good kitchen appliance but terrible service. Person came, took our money and didn't repair anything. Calling him since a few weeks and doesn't reply to any of the msgs or calls. Didnt't know company would hired such people who spoil the name of the company for a few bucks.
