Customer care even don't listen to you what you are saying drop the phone and never picked up again

Total fraud in the name of LG company service center. Recently we got our TV repaired. Twice he came and charged 7500 guaranteed for one year. From past one month I am trying to contact for refund but now there's no response. The TV didn't get repaired at all. It is in same condition. Non functional. I cross checked with LG they told they were not our authorized people.

They are totally unprofessional don't know how to deal with customer misbehaving and blaming on the name of giving information avoiding call what's the wrong ....using the name of LG making fool to customer .... the staff is so unprofessional.....if u don't know how to deal customer than change your staff ....the girl on call saying me I will give you good reply in a bad way if you don't listen what's the wrong I am not using any bad word no abusive language and she behave like a totally out of control ......very very disappoint plz don't use any brand name of u can't match the level of brand and trained your staff to listen the customer not to misbehave

Only if u could give them a negative marking Clear frauds The technicians had 0 knowledge. Broke the lock of the front load washing machine Super unprofessional owner who is forever busy in meetings. Will keep telling you sorry will get back and never come back. Poorest follow up. You have to keep calling. Gave false information about the sensor not working. Later when I called the technician from the lg service centre. He said there is no problem with machine only door lock is broken this also happens because of these idiots. I also bought machine legs from these guys but they gave a big size and now the machine is moving badly Price ₹500–1,000
