The repair was done efficiently, and my washing machine has been running like new ever since. Thank you for the excellent service, Home Appliance Experts! I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family. Keep up the great work! - Gourav

Here’s a polished version of your review: Poor Service Experience The technician came to repair the machine and charged nearly double the expected cost for the spare parts. Just two days later, the machine stopped working again. We then discovered that the connection had not been installed properly during the repair visit. When I called to schedule a follow-up visit, the only response I received was that they “don’t have time.” Very unprofessional and disappointing service. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I recently had the pleasure of using the home appliance service for my AC, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was professionally handled, and my unit is now running like a dream. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was extremely knowledgeable. He patiently explained the issue and went above and beyond to ensure everything was up to standard. Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also provided useful maintenance tips to prevent future issues. Customer service was outstanding as well, with quick responses and a friendly attitude. It's rare to find a service that combines expertise with such great customer care. Thanks for a job well done! I will definitely be recommending this service to anyone in need of home appliance repairs. A huge thank you from Ashish Yadav!
