Guys, request you all to be extremely careful, especially when it comes to giving any repair work to this person team. I paid Rs3,500 for the repair, but unfortunately, within just one hour, the same issue occurred along with high voltage alerr again. When I contacted him, he refused to take responsibility for the further repair. They visited, taken back and bring back again however no resolution to the problem. My experience was very disappointing. Initially, they respond quickly, attend the issue within 1–2 hours and assure you that the problem will be resolved. However, after receiving the payment, getting a proper response becomes difficult. Calls are attended politely, but the matter keeps getting delayed. Eventually, I was told that the amount already paid had gone to the repair team and therefore could not be adjusted, while a substantial additional amount was quoted for replacing the part which were extremely high just more than double of cost of part. I am sharing this based on my personal experience so that everyone can be cautious before giving them any repair work. Please be careful and clarify the warranty, responsibility for repeat failure, and replacement/adjustment terms in writing before making any payment. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would personally not recommend using them for repairs. Price assessment Overpriced Price ₹3,500–4,000 Services Washing machine repair
