Extremely bad. In March 2014, I got LASIK done for specs removal but since last 6 months, I am unable to see clearly, on get tests done, I came to know that I have no. again. Bad service, waste of money.

Bad staff, unethical practice. I had my father’s eye surgery at this clinic. Despite having a pre-approved cashless amount, they insisted on taking an additional payment from us. After the insurance settlement was completed and they received the full amount from the insurer, they still haven’t refunded our money.

Worst experience. They charged us for the operation and also claimed the amount from insurance. Despite numerous calls, follow-ups, and complaints, it has been over a month and the settlement is still pending. We are yet to receive the refund. Extremely disappointing and unethical practice.

The most disappointing part was that I was not given clear and honest information beforehand about the expected outcomes, risks, and chances of success of the treatment. I was repeatedly given assurances, but there was no significant improvement in my condition. This entire treatment process has caused me both emotional stress and financial burden. I felt that more emphasis was placed on procedures and expenses than on addressing my concerns as a patient. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hospital."
