I underwent eye surgery with Dr. Mahesh Agrawal. He made an incision in my eye, but the surgery was not completed. Later, I was told that the procedure could not be performed successfully. I believe I am not at fault, yet I have had to suffer because of this experience. I am extremely disappointed with the hospital and the way my case was handled. I want a clear explanation of why the surgery was not completed, why the incision was made, and what steps will be taken to address the situation. I also expect the hospital to take responsibility and provide an appropriate resolution.
