Visited NR Eye Clinic; it was a plus point that the doctor was available at the clinic in the morning. However, the way he treated me during the check-up and treatment wasn’t appropriate. He should learn to speak kindly and respectfully to patients. For doctors, it may seem easy to give instructions, but for patients who are already in pain or discomfort, it’s really hard to follow without compassionate guidance.
