Food is poor and they never deliver on committed time,so I would not recommend it to anyone!!Trial tiffin duration(though paid) is generally of 2-3 days but the concerned lady asked me to finalize it in one day itself and denied delivery at the end moment. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I didn't like the way they spoke to me. They seemed to think they were the only option available. I ordered a demo tiffin, and I usually have my dinner at 7:30 PM. Initially, they told me it would arrive by 8 to 8:30 PM, and I said that was fine. However, when I called later for confirmation, they said it would be delivered at 9:30 PM. I then requested them to change the delivery location to another address that was only 1.6 km away from the original one I had provided. The owner (or perhaps an employee I’m not sure) refused and said they would not change the address. The main issue is not the delay. I could have waited until 9:30 PM. What really disappointed me was the way she spoke to me. Her attitude, arrogance, and overall behavior were quite unpleasant, and she kept giving unnecessary excuses.
