Not getting refund for the service i've stopped 1 month ago on 8th August. Supposed to get Rs 950/- but according to policy only 500/- could be refunded, so had to continue meal for a friend. It was decided that they will give 6 meals and rest 450 will be refunded but they still didn't refund the rest of the amount. So still had to continue after 6 days, but then these people provided only 7 out of 12 meals. Then then stopped giving meal and not even giving back refund of Rs 375/-. Beware guys, they will never refund if you stop your service in mid month. Wouldn't had been asking for the refund of Rs 375/- so much, but that stupid accountant's attitude and behaviour is making me to retrieve all my hard earned money back.

This is the one of the worst tiffin services you will ever had . This person don't care much about you or your health ( especially the worker ) on the 2nd of every month you will get a payment reminder with an warning will stop the service this one thing next they behave rudely as they are giving you food for free. Don't go for fake reviews they are manipulated and most of them been forced to review so Look cautiously the negative one They are telling you true story Cons: Bad service rude managers Food is oily and greasy Don't have foil to pack chapati they provide some useless paper that leached on chapati No timely delivery Pros: Only payment reminder every month Easy to pay ( forget about refund they won't will cite only self-made regulations)

The billing process is really smooth. The behaviour of the owner is very polite. When I told about the admission of my ward, they were like, "Sir, first let us send you the bill, then pay for the same.".The overall experience was really impressive.

The owner is the most rude person I have ever seen in the food business. Cares only for money. I used to like the food but the owner is greedy enough to take money and not provide you tiffin. They have enough audacity to teach basics to their customer about how tiffin services work. we are not fools but you sure are greedy. I really suggest everyone look for another tiffin service that actually cares about retaining their customers. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst experience they didn’t know how to respect their customers

I am student from ekayanaa school , I get lunch everyday from this company , mostly the quality of food is not so good, it's important to mention here that I found piece of plastic and hair in lunch packet , which is realy very serious complaint and I advice honour of the company to see in the matter and strictly provide best quality food everyday because we our paying for best quality. No service, very bad experience,.... They take order and doesn't deliver in time..... All the payment are made in advance. After taking payment they do not pick phone calls also....... Better not to order them Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

120rs for trial way higher, tast is not worth that much roti is too small, and fact i got loki ki sabji in my box at prcie of 120😠 …

They provide very worst food ,in food lots of flies , without hygiene food for your kind information this is not the current packing this is the packing of March and April I forgot to post a review thank to my friend nikhil they told me to post . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
