Oye24 - Ready to cook products and food delivery service

They were initially good but have turned garbage in terms of customer service. The delivery boys are such frauds that they will fool you. You may see the screenshots of the order timings. I called at 1:29 AM when it showed on the app that my order is Out for Delivery and the same person assigned to deliver my order is picking up the "landline" phone and saying that I'm out for delivery (how stupid could one be). Then he excuses that I had other parcels to deliver which is why I was waiting still at the kitchen. I'm writing this at 1:48 AM and the parcel hasn't come yet to me while he claimed to be at my doorstep within 15-20 mins on call made at 1:29 AM

This platform is amazing! Had a great time ordering delicious, hot food.. delivered with proper precautions. The services and hassle-free, on-time deliveries were commendable. Highly recommended :)

The interface of the app/site is nice. Easier to access all the content. The process was very handy and easy to understand from piciking the food which you like to the payment. The main thing food which is tastier to eat and delivered on time.

The app interface is very simple to use. It serves one of the best quality food in indore. Apart from quality, the taste is also very good and the packaging too. Delivery is also very safe and fast. I highly recommend this app.

Always found a good taste in the food. Although quantity is less in comparison to price charged, but they deliver decent taste. Thanks for expanding your delivery area as I today ordered food near Dewas Naka and got it delivered within an hour. Good Service....keep it going !!!

Being an Indori, I am a food lover. And I am highly satisfied with the app and the quality of food offered by Oye 24. The app is really user friendly. You can navigate through the app very smoothly. The app is quite fast. Comes loaded with all the desired functionalities. You get attractive offers. What else one wants! Highly recommended for food lovers!!!

The only complain which I have from OYE24 team is lack of consistency. I mean some day i love their food and some other day the same food item becomes unacceptable!! I dunno why they keep on changing their chef's so frequently!! Suffice to say, apart from this concern, rest all is fine! Their delivery services are on point as well!!

I ordered 1 meal box and 4 chapatis, they delivered only the meal box and charged for both. On complaint they gave very diplomatic answer and tried to resolve the matter.Very disappointing for me.Worst experience. Don't ever order the food from this website. This is not an expected response. You always copy paste these lines-"Already forwarded the issue to the concerned department to reciprocate in the next case. There is always a second chance so have a new experience this time".Can u tell me which is the concerned Department??? and how many departments are there.Worst experience I have ever had...

Delightful deliverables! Covers a good variety of Indori zayka to deal with our cravings. Nice services, and very well offered meals to fill our appetite. The place is amazing, and I am glad that their services are also available online through their app. I'm satisfied with their offerings, and will full on recommend this place to be tried for.
