Worst experience: incapable staff and no excuse from manager either. Got overcharged as well. Avoid! Full story: payment terminal did not work. Had to go to counter to pay and that terminal did not work either. Staff then entered the order on another machine, where they turned NO habanero and NO jalapeño into XTRA habanero and XTRA jalapeño order. Realized it when I got the receipt. Staff was unable to fix it and called the manager. He did help, but to make the story perfect, got coke instead of a Fanta that was ordered, and no refund for the XTRA items was even attempted. Worst experience for this international brand. Have been in many McDonald’s around the world and this was definitely the most memorable one.
