Guru ka poha at the new outlet of Regal Square is good—tasty and has the charm of an old, established place. However, the service is pathetic. The owner seemed completely lost in their own world, with very little attention to customers or the overall experience. Honestly, it feels like the outlet is running more on its old legacy and reputation than on the quality of its current service. Good poha, but the management and service definitely need a serious improvement.
