Unfortunately, my recent visit to SRJ Hospital for my son, Kavitva’s, appointment with Dr. Rishika Mutta ma’am exposed serious inefficiencies in their queue management and communication protocols. Despite multiple inquiries, I received inconsistent updates, experienced prolonged wait times, and witnessed patients who arrived later being seen before us, highlighting a fundamental flaw in their system. That said, I appreciate that the hospital management took the initiative to acknowledge the issue and offer an apology. This demonstrates a willingness to improve, but I strongly encourage them to reassess their patient coordination framework to enhance overall efficiency and transparency. P.S. Thank you for addressing the concern. I look forward to seeing a more structured and patient-friendly system in the future.
