I had a very good experience at SRJ Netralaya. Starting from the gate staff to the doctor itself, everyone was warm and hospitable. My mother had cataract in both the eyes which is well operated by Dr. Nikunj Tank Sir. He takes really good care of his patients. Hospital is well-equipped with latest technology machines. Aftercare is properly seen into here. It was a good decision on our part to get my mother operated here.

I feel very nice with Dr. Shivani ma'am and Dr. Nikunj sir. They are very cooperative. Their counselling session is also effective. Services are good but A VERY LONG time is required for the procedure, so it is negative.

We booked an appointment at 4 PM, but unfortunately, the doctor could not arrive on time due to an emergency. While we understand that emergencies require immediate attention, the situation was poorly managed. The staff repeatedly assured us that the doctor would arrive in "20 minutes," but even after 3 hours, all the patients were still waiting. This kind of experience is frustrating and unprofessional. It gives the impression that other patients' time and concerns are not valued. Effective governance and proper communication are crucial in such scenarios, especially in a healthcare facility. I strongly urge the higher management at SRJ Netralaya to address this issue. There should be a backup doctor available to handle situations where the primary doctor is unavailable. Patients should not be left waiting for hours without proper updates or alternatives. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I hope measures are taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Had a very great experience with Srj netralaya. Dr. Vikas sir done my surgery. He is very experienced and good doctor. All staff members are also very supportive. This is amazing place for any eye related issues. I must recommend to my relatives, family friends.
