Dear Dr Amit & Team I am happy to share my wonderful experience at Shanti Eye Tech, Indore. My mother in-law had a cataract surgery of right eye on 29th Nov 25 and left eye on 2nd Dec 25. Sharing her experience. 1. Dr Amit Solanki is blessed doctor who performed the surgery under divine grace of almighty. 2. Dr Amit and the entire staff is nice, cooperative, supportive, humble and most importantly very attentive. 3. The centre cleanliness is perfect. An ambiance and soulful music is charry on ice. 4. The staff was very good and helpful, and the service was excellent. Dr. Amit sir treated me very well for my cataract (motiyabind) eye operation. However, there is unnecessary waiting time, and it seems they are not following the “first come, first serve” system. It’s quite frustrating to wait for nearly 2 hours just for a 5-minute meeting.
