The paratha center was just not like any other paratha you would ever have. I believe theirs' dough is not a regular wheat dough but has more to it. You can't have such an elastic/stretchable genre without putting anything else than yeast,soda or may be some lightening agents. Nevertheless it was more bites than chew )

Awesome parathas, tasty AF. Placed in sarafa chaupati.... When you get there, be ready to wait for a while as the stall is heavily crowded even on weekdays. Best place to have parathas in indore. It's a stall in chota sarafa serving fresh live parthas. They have varieties of paratha. All were good in taste and made live infront of your eyes. Had been there more than dozen time. My fav one is sev cheese paratha, serves fully loaded with cheese, butter cube, mint chutney, pickle and ketchup. Recommended place for your midnight cravings.

This place is good if you want to eat paratha's in midnight but yess it is very costly. They have very high price rate. You can buy 5 paraths from other place at the price of single parath here. But the taste of these paratha's is awesome.

Can't describe the taste in better. This one is the very famous street bazaar called sarafa for the late night cravings. We had Shahi paratha which costs us 100/- and all I can say worth hai bhai!! Magical experience..

All the food stalls prepare very tasty food at very cheap price this is the must visit place if you stay indore at night this system must be adopt by the metro cities

This is in the small lane right opposite a big sweet shop (can't recall the name) but it's totally worth it. Sarafa Bazaar is usually crowded, so there would be hardly any space to stand and eat calmly. Food: 4/5 I ordered the Shahi Paratha 🫓 which has all the ingredients (Potato, Onion, Cheese, Sev) in ONE. Have visited the place so many times in sarafa, I didn't know it was zomato and never thought about finding it on zomato. Aadesh shahi paratha is one of the place that I really like in sarafa it's always the hand-picked place where I go when I go sarafa .
