Service - 5* Staff - 5* Infrastructure - 5* Doctor - 5* Digital - 5*(documents are stored digitally and therefore if you don't have the previous visit documents no worries. For follow up visits, they will have it.) It was an awesome experience. First thing which I like most is they do a detailed check for each patient which can uncover the unknown issues as well. They do several check up before you meet the doctor but everything is well organized and the staff will guide you. Once the basic check up is done all the reports are available to the doctor and he can give you better treatment. Secondly, the doctor is very good and listen to everything you say. He will give you complete details about the issue, it's cause and prevention. He is wonderful. Over all very good experience.

सलूजा हॉस्पिटल में सर्व सुविधा युक्त अस्पताल है और हमारे पापा का आंख आपका ऑपरेशन करवाया था जिसमें लेंस लगाए था बहुत ही उच्च तकनीकी बहुत ही अच्छे से इलाज हुआ यहां का स्टाफ भी बहुत अच्छे हैं। हमें तो यहां बहुत अच्छा लगा। यहां के डॉक्टर सलूजा सर जोकी बहुत सहायता करते है और उनका व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा है बहुत अच्छे ढंग से उन्होंने बताया दवाई गोली कैसे लेना ड्रॉप कब कब डालना है।

Very Poor Service Extremely disappointing experience at this hospital. The staff showed very little responsibility towards patients waiting for consultation. Even after taking the advance consultation fee, they were hesitant to call the doctor and confirm when the doctor would actually arrive at the hospital. Several patients were waiting in the lobby for a long time, but none of the staff members were able to provide a clear answer about the doctor's availability. It is unacceptable that after collecting payment, the hospital cannot even confirm whether the doctor is reachable or when patients will be attended. Hospital should prioritize patient care and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience reflected poor coordination, lack of communication and disregard for patients’ time. Would not recommend unless the management improves their patient handling and communication.

Doctors and staffs are very good, services also good but, AC sabhi off the or filing k liye plastic ka folder diya koi properly file nahi di gayi thi.

Visited Saluja Eye Care yesterday for my father’s cataract surgery and the experience was genuinely reassuring from start to finish. Dr. Saluja explained everything patiently, addressed all my concerns without rushing and made me feel confident about the treatment. The staff was polite, cooperative, and always ready to help which made the whole process smooth for my elderly father. The hospital was clean, well-maintained and organized, with minimal waiting time and efficient management. The surgery went perfectly and the post-operative care and guidance were equally impressive. It’s rare to find a place where professionalism is matched by genuine care for patients.
