The burger is big, budget friendly and tasty. However, there is no option to cancel or edit order once placed, and the price for extra cheese slice is very high. The coke cup is extremely small, not even 500 ml, and they charge ₹50 for it. Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I visited Biggies Burgers at TI NEXT (formerly Central Mall) for lunch, expecting something similar to Burger King, but it was a complete letdown. I ordered the Veg Meal Combo, which includes a Veg. Burger, French Fries, Veggie Sticks, a glass of Coke, and a Lotte Choco Pie. Firstly the waiting time was absurd, I waited almost 1 hour and 7 minutes! And when I went to check on my order, the staff looked completely confused. Turns out, the person who took my order went on his lunch break without informing anyone about my order, and hence no one else even knew about my order! No apology, no urgency, just excuse and blaming on me why I didn't showed up earlier, and when I confronted they said "wait another 6-7 minutes" (which ended up being 10 more minutes). When I finally got my meal, it was a huge disappointment. Burger? Weird. Fries? Weird. Veggies? Weird. The only good things? The Coke and Lotte Choco Pie, both of which they didn’t even make themselves. Overall, a terrible experience - bad service, ridiculous waiting time, and below-average food. I strongly do not recommend this place. If you want a good burger, just go to the actual Burger King or McDonald's nearby.
