Dr. Palak Agrawal and Dr. O.P Agrawal has conducted my refractive surgery of Wavelight Plus Innoveyes and their quality of work and the way they treat their patients is spellbounding. Apart from the doctor's, the support staff specially Rajesh Gupta Ji and Deepti ji are extraordinary people to support and guide the patients. They are very humble and helpful people with a lot of caring nature towards patients. I recommend this hospital and surgeons to everyone looking for their eye treatment. Very positive experience. Dr. O.P. Agarwal treated me for a corneal scratch, and the care I received was exceptional. The doctor and his staff were extremely professional and attentive throughout the process. They addressed all my concerns with patience and made sure I was comfortable at every step. Had a great experience with getting LASIK surgery done from here. They offer cutting edge solutions like WaveGuide Bladeless LASIK and the doctors are extremely qualified and well spoken. The entire staff was supportive and the eye testing, counselling and operation theatre were very well managed. They explain everything to you to ease your mind before any procedure. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs assistance with their eyes.

Wavelight technology is really very advanced and ensures accuracy. Dr. O. P . Agrawal the most senior doctor was very professional, experienced and comforting. One of the staff Rajesh Gupta was a very helpful and friendly staff always smiling reaching out to patients proactively and helping them. Sunita Tai on the ground floor was also very helpful and smiling. One improvement needed is the quality of white glasses given to patients after surgery. These are really really poor quality, sharp at the edges thus hurting the ear and pressing against the temple. Need improvement there. Thank you.

में यहां मेरी मां को लेकर गया था मोतिया बिन्द का ऑपरेशन कराने Cghs के थ्रू गए थे पर हम right eye के लिए रेफरेंस लेकर गए थे पर लेफ्ट eye ka reference नहीं लाए थे cghs डॉक्टर से ओर इन्होंने भी नहीं बोला कि वो आपको लेकर आना है जिससे reimbersument में दिक्कत न हो। अब मुझे reimbursemnt देने से मन किया जा रहा है मेरे ऑफिस से । ओर मैं हॉस्पिटल से विनती करता हु कि मुझे आपकी गलती की वजह से जो नुकसान हुआ है उसका पेमेंट कर दिया जाए । मुझे इन लोगो ने नहीं बताया कि रैफर की ज़रूरत होगी और सर्जरी कर दी अब मेरे 27750 रुपए ये लोग नहीं दे रहे है।
