Date - 29/11/2025 I have been sitting here for the last 2 hours for a basic surgery, but the doctor is still not available. Whenever I asked the staff, they kept saying “just 10 minutes” and “doctor is busy in OT,” but the doctor is actually outside the hospital. There is a limit to how much someone can lie. This kind of unprofessional behaviour and lack of honesty is very disappointing. UID – 253846 Date -15/12/2025 edited ⭐ अनुभव मिला-जुला रहा, बाद में समाधान किया गया मैंने अपनी पत्नी का रेटिना बैराज लेज़र आनंदम नेत्रालय, इंदौर में करवाने का प्रयास किया। उस दिन डॉ. एना अग्रवाल उपलब्ध थीं और उन्होंने प्रक्रिया करने की पूरी कोशिश की, लेकिन आँखों में पहले से डाली गई दवाइयों (डाइलेशन ड्रॉप्स) का असर कम हो जाने के कारण उस समय बैराज लेज़र सफलतापूर्वक किया जाना संभव नहीं हो पाया। हमें बताया गया कि डॉ. एना अग्रवाल उस समय OT में व्यस्त थीं, इसलिए उसी समय दोबारा प्रक्रिया आगे नहीं बढ़ाई जा सकी। बाद में हमें दूसरी टाइमिंग/तारीख दी गई और यह भी सुझाव दिया गया कि यदि सुविधा हो तो उज्जैन यूनिट में प्रक्रिया करवाई जा सकती है, क्योंकि डॉक्टर वहाँ कुछ चयनित दिनों में उपलब्ध रहती हैं। उस दिन प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं हो पाने के बावजूद डिस्काउंट के बाद ₹4000 का भुगतान लिया गया, जो हमें थोड़ा असहज लगा। आगे के इलाज के लिए हमने किसी अन्य अनुभवी डॉक्टर और दूसरे अस्पताल में उपचार करवाया। इसके बाद जब मैंने आनंदम नेत्रालय से ई-मेल द्वारा रिफंड का अनुरोध किया, तो उन्होंने ₹2000 का आंशिक रिफंड प्रोफेशनल तरीके से कर दिया, इसके लिए मैं उनका धन्यवाद करता हूँ। कल अस्पताल प्रबंधन की ओर से मुझे कॉल आया और Google review को सही/अपडेट करने का अनुरोध किया गया, उसी के अनुसार मैं अपना वास्तविक और अपडेटेड अनुभव साझा कर रहा हूँ। कुल मिलाकर अस्पताल की फैसिलिटी अच्छी है, लेकिन डॉक्टर की उपलब्धता, टाइमिंग और कम्युनिकेशन में और सुधार की गुंजाइश है ताकि मरीजों को बार-बार मानसिक परेशानी न हो। यह रिव्यू मेरा व्यक्तिगत अनुभव दर्शाता है
