Unable to inform customer that they are sick or busy in other things at least they have to inform no one is responsible or any thing in 10th Saturday of July they tell me ki my operation is scheduled for Monday in evening time after that i take follow up for my surgery I am suffering from my eye problem but they say I am also hostpilised but they have na employee they should inform me.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this netram private clinic dr mahavir dattani was extremely disappointing. The doctor’s mahavir dattani behavior was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. The communication style was harsh, and at times felt inappropriate and disrespectful. When I attempted to ask simple questions about my condition, the doctor became visibly irritated and responded in a dismissive and rude tone. Instead of feeling supported as a patient, I felt uncomfortable and unheard throughout the consultation. In a private clinic where patients are paying for services, one expects professionalism, patience, and respectful interaction. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during my visit. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves its approach toward patients.
