मैंने अपने परिचित का मोतियाबिंद का ऑपरेशन यहाँ करवाया था, लेकिन इलाज के बाद डॉक्टर ( दिव्या पटेल ) का जो बर्ताव रहा, वह शब्दों में बयां करना मुश्किल है। एक आम इंसान डॉक्टर के पास बहुत उम्मीद और सम्मान के साथ जाता है और पूरी तमीज से बात करता है, लेकिन यहाँ की डॉक्टर ( दिव्या पटेल ) का बात करने का तरीका किसी "शिक्षित असभ्यता" से कम नहीं है। वहां जाने पर उन्होंने हमसे कहा कि "जल्दी आ गए वरना आप लटक जाते" भले ही डॉक्टर जल्दी मे हो लेकिन —क्या एक प्रोफेशनल डॉक्टर को ऐसी भाषा शोभा देती है? जब परिचित ने अपनी सावधानी (जैसे नहाना या करवट लेकर सोना) के बारे में पूछा, तो डॉक्टर ( दिव्या पटेल ) ने बहुत ही अकड़ू और रुखे तरीके से जवाब दिया। उनका लहजा ऐसा था जैसे वो हम पर कोई अहसान कर रही हो और हमने किसी सस्ते अस्पताल ( M.Y हॉस्पिटल मे होता हैं ) या फ्री मे इलाज कराया हो। एक डॉक्टर की भाषा में जो शालीनता होनी चाहिए, उसकी यहाँ भारी कमी है। चेकअप के बाद चश्मे का नंबर तक नहीं दिया गया। जब हम दोबारा पूछने गए, तो अपनी गलती मानने के बजाय ( रिसेप्शनिस्ट ) बहस करने लगीं कि "आप कौन सा दूर से आए हैं" और " आप कहते तो हम WhatsApp कर देते।" क्या मरीज के वक्त की कोई कीमत नहीं हैं, कि उसे बार-बार चक्कर कटवाए जाएं? यहाँ आकर ऐसा लगता है जैसे किसी डॉक्टर ( दिव्या पटेल ) के पास नहीं, बल्कि किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के पास आ गए हों जिसे बात करने की बिल्कुल तमीज न हो। पैसे लेते वक्त तो बड़ी जल्दी होती हैं जहां पैसे मिल जाते हैं इनके तेवर भी बदल जाते हैं, आम आदमी यह सोचकर बात करता है कि डॉक्टर है तो डॉक्टर की शालीनता भाषा में ही बात करते हैं लेकिन जो डॉक्टर होते हैं वह आम आदमी से भी गिरी हुई भाषा में बातें करते हैं मरीज के साथ ऐसा व्यवहार करना जैसे हम फ्री में इलाज करा रहे हों, उनकी ओछी मानसिकता को दर्शाता है। निष्कर्ष: अगर आप अपने आत्मसम्मान और माता-पिता की इज्जत को प्यारा समझते हैं, तो इस सेंटर पर भूलकर भी न जाएं। डॉक्टर का व्यवहार बहुत ही घटिया है। आम आदमी सही इलाज़ के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार भी चाहता हैं।

Worst experience. I been for eye check up and trust me you get better accurate numbers in lenskart or any optical shop than here. Dr Navita pathak who test retina after drops is not interested or willing to respond on your queries. She never told me that what is the observation or test done on my eyes. You get nothing but upset mind with upset eyes. I suggest refrain from going to this hospital for eye test or getting new eye number.

My 1st visit was smooth and staff was courteous and understood my situation of urgency. The tests were super quick and helped to get the required correction immediately. Also, my family members are regular visitors. Thank you and keep up the good work !! All the best
