Thank you Dr. Harsh Mone who deal me from the day First, I had visited to the Agarwal's Eye Hospital at Palasia, Indore, M.P. for General check up and found critical problem in my left eye and I was suggested for the surgery with little Risk. They had arranged all, they would have needed for the better support at the time of surgery, if any adverse situation comes, within 3/4 days. Even being a Risk in surgery they all (Dr. Harsh Mone and assistant Vandana) helped me to support for keeping myself out of tention mentaly as surgery was little risky. Finally, the surgery was very good and successfully operated and nice vision is now in my left eye. Thank You Chanchal and Pranjal also, at the reception/help desk who always let me feel as VIP in all the time of presence in the hospital. One thing I must share also here only that even having an appointment and of surgery at The Shankar Netralay, Chennai, one of the best Eye Hospital for Eye surgery in India and even in the world, for the very next day of my surgery held in Agarwal's Eye Hospital, Palasia, Indore, after going through and having all the good feedback for Dr. Harsh Mone and the hospital also our family decided to go for surgery at Indore Only by the beautifull hands of Dr. Harsh Mone. A1 experience with everything including doctors and treatment were top notch except the receptionist that is present on the right of the reception who wear spectacles, was so rude and unprofessional, The only reason I am frustrated with your centre is your receptionist, please ensure she behaves properly with other patients otherwise she is the one who will lead you to your downfall.

I had a very disappointing experience at Agrawal Eye Hospital, Indore. I underwent LASIK surgery here, but my vision became worse instead of better. Before the surgery, I could see nearby objects clearly, but after the procedure I developed difficulty with both near and distance vision. Even after three years, I still suffer from blurred vision, eye pain, and constant discomfort. I repeatedly informed Dr. Harsh about these problems, but I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. In my experience, he was dismissive, rude, and did not provide the care or attention my case required. Instead of identifying the cause of my symptoms, I was prescribed multiple medications while my condition remained unchanged. I was also charged consultation fees at every follow-up visit, yet I never felt that my case was being properly managed. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this hospital for LASIK surgery. I hope they improve their post-operative care, communicate with patients more respectfully, and take greater responsibility for those who continue to experience complications after surgery.
