Very good experience at ASG Eye Hospital, Indore. My parents both had cataract surgery here under Dr. Vineet Mutha and Dr. Mahesh Birla — the doctors are very skilled and caring. The hospital staff was very cooperative and guided us in every step. Special thanks to Lokesh Gupta, Yogi Sir, and Aadarsh Sir for their great support during the treatment and TPA process. Overall excellent experience, highly recommended for eye care. 🙏

Certain staff members and Doctors really lack empathy the foundation of trust between doctors and patients, due to which the reputation of the entire place gets questioned. But this needs to be called out, especially with the experience we experienced with Dr. Wafi Ansari, we understand that Doctors are always in rush, but patients are also scared, we pay money for not just the time and attention but also for a safe environment for patients esp when they’re already nervous. I’d like the hospital to check on this, where my family friend traveled different cities just for this and was denied stating the patient is not cooperative- if you really read this again this is the most stupid thing a doctor and his staff can say. Anyway you just didn’t lose a patient, but the trust of people and friends of the patient. Extremely disappointing experience.

Really helping staff with the well maintained facilities. Doctor suggest me and clear each and everything regarding the surgery and post surgery results, which really helped me. I really thank Dr. L. N. Gupta for showing his brilliant support and care not only during the surgery, but post surgery follow up as well.
