यह अस्पताल सिर्फ़ दिखावे के लिए है, यहाँ इंसानियत और सम्मान नाम की कोई चीज़ नहीं है। सबसे पहले तो रिसेप्शनिस्ट का व्यवहार बेहद घटिया और जानवरों जैसा था। उनका लहजा ऐसा था मानो हम उन पर बोझ हों। बार-बार अपमानजनक तरीके से कहते रहे “आप यहाँ से जाइए”। कोई जानकारी ढंग से नहीं दी जाती और कई बार तो घंटों तक अपनी डेस्क से ही गायब हो जाते हैं। सबसे शर्मनाक बात यह रही कि चेकअप करने वाले डॉक्टर/स्टाफ ने मेरी माता जी से बदतमीज़ी की। उन्होंने दबाव बनाया कि सब कुछ उनकी मर्ज़ी से होगा और हमारी राय या चिंता का कोई मूल्य नहीं। मरीज और परिवार के साथ इस तरह की धौंस जमाना और अपमानजनक तरीके से बात करना किसी भी अस्पताल के लिए कलंक है। मेरे लिए यह अनुभव जीवन की सबसे शर्मनाक घटना रही। अपने माता-पिता के सामने मुझे गहरा दुख और शर्मिंदगी महसूस हुई। 👉 अगर आप अपने परिवार की इज़्ज़त करते हैं तो इस अस्पताल से दूर रहें। 👉 यहाँ आना आपके जीवन की सबसे बड़ी गलती हो सकती है। 👉 मैं साफ कहता हूँ – अपनी फैमिली को यहाँ लेकर आना मतलब उन्हें बेइज़्ज़ती और तकलीफ़ दिलवाना।
