⭐ 1 Star Review — Extremely Disappointed I purchased a scooty from Doshi Honda showroom near Patel Motors, Vijay Nagar, and after making the full payment, I asked for a helmet. They showed a helmet and quoted ₹1000. When we requested a discount, they said, “Because you bought the scooty from us, we will give you ₹200 discount — pay ₹800.” So, I paid ₹800. Later, when I checked the helmet box, the MRP printed was ₹754, which means they charged more than the MRP, which is completely wrong and unethical. When I questioned them about overcharging and asked for a refund of the extra ₹250, they rudely replied that the price is the price – take it or leave it. The staff’s behaviour was extremely disrespectful. One executive named Malik talked very rudely and has no manners on how to speak to female customers. Instead of solving the issue, they argued and behaved arrogantly. This showroom is clearly overcharging customers and behaving poorly once payment is done. Very bad customer service, rude staff, and no professionalism. 💬 I had a very bad experience and I will never recommend anyone to visit Doshi Honda showroom near Patel Motors, Vijay Nagar.
