Doshi Honda I visited Doshi Honda Service Centre, Scheme 78 Part-2, today morning to submit my Activa MP-09 UY 9180 for service. I was the first customer to arrive at the centre. However, I was disappointed with the service experience as I wasn't informed about the delivery time and had to visit the centre again at 5:15 pm to collect my vehicle. Unfortunately, the service centre's lack of communication and poor customer service fell short of my expectations. I hope you look into this matter and take necessary actions to improve their customer service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently visited Doshi Honda, and my experience with the sales team was disappointing. The salesperson (Kunal Namdev) displayed an unprofessional attitude and seemed uninterested. Such behaviour affects the overall buying experience and does not reflect well on the dealership. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving customer service.
