I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by them repeatedly. It seems all they care about is charging customers, nothing else. Each and every time, they do the same thing. Recently, I gave my bike for servicing and they asked me what issues I was facing. I mentioned: 1. Clutch is sticking. 2. The bike is not picking up speed. 3. The chain is loose. 4. The indicator that was replaced last month is faulty, which I had already informed them about. These were the problems I reported, but I forgot to mention that there's an issue with the accelerator. Yesterday, they called me with the following responses: 1. Clutch is sticking: **Their reply:** The clutch plate needs to be replaced. 2. The bike is not picking up speed: **Their reply:** The chain sprocket needs to be replaced. 3. The chain is loose: **Their reply:** The chain sprocket needs to be replaced. 4. The indicator that was replaced last month is faulty: **Their reply:** It's defective and needs to be replaced again. This shows the quality of service they are providing. Most importantly, they didn’t even check the issue with the clutch that I had mentioned. This means they only look at the problems you explicitly tell them about. This is totally the worst service provided repeatedly. ---

The service was disappointing. Initially, they mentioned that having a service diary would reduce the charges, but they ended up charging the same amount regardless. Additionally, they kept my vehicle for two days and informed me that the service was completed. However, when I arrived, the service was not finished, and I had to wait for more than two hours.
