विषय: कासलीवाल होंडा, एमजी रोड इंदौर में बेहद खराब सेवा To the management, मैं कासलीवाल होंडा, एमजी रोड, इंदौर में अपनी SP 125 की तीसरी और आखिरी फ्री सर्विस से बेहद निराश हूं। सर्विस के बाद भी मेरी बाइक की स्थिति खराब ही बनी हुई है। चेन पूरी तरह सूखी पड़ी है, ब्रेक भी अजीब आवाज कर रहे हैं, और मेन स्टैंड में से भी ऐसा लग रहा है जैसे कोई ऑयलिंग नहीं की गई हो। ऐसा लग रहा था कि बस बाइक का ऑयल बदलकर और धुलकर वापस कर दी गई हो। मैंने सर्विस मैनेजर को साफ तौर पर चेन और स्प्रोकेट से आ रही आवाज के बारे में जानकारी दी थी, लेकिन इस पर कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया गया। सर्विस के बाद बाइक की पॉलिश भी नहीं की गई, और पूरे सर्विस सेशन में लापरवाही साफ झलक रही थी। इस तरह की गैर-जिम्मेदाराना और खराब सर्विस एक अधिकृत सर्विस सेंटर से बिल्कुल स्वीकार्य नहीं है। इस अनुभव ने कासलीवाल होंडा पर मेरा भरोसा पूरी तरह तोड़ दिया है। मैं इस अनुभव को अन्य लोगों के साथ साझा करूंगा और भविष्य में आपकी सेवाओं का विकल्प ढूंढूंगा। मैं आपसे उम्मीद करता हूं कि इन सभी मुद्दों का तुरंत समाधान किया जाएगा। Regards, Abhishek Prajapati

Worst ever services, after puchasing the bike the battery went out and its been 9 days at the showroom/ service centre they are not giving the charged battery and i am 60 years old the bike not even starting, they are just giving excuses when ever i call them and talking bery rudely my recommendation would be never buy a honda bike rather go for another company if you want good after sales services. The bike is useless.
